Cancellation Policy
- Notice Period: At least 12 hours notice is required for cancellations.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for such cancellations.
- No-Shows: A 100% charge applies for no-shows.
- Refunds and Date Changes: Refunds or changes to the date will not be offered under these circumstances.
- Processing Fees: Any refunds due will be processed after the cruise date and will incur a 5% administrative fee.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 working days to be credited back to your account.
- Substitution and Cancellation: Dinner Cruise Goa reserves the right to substitute another boat or cancel/amend bookings due to reasons beyond control. We will not be liable for any loss, damages, or expenses incurred due to such changes.
